Mighty Men's Ministry
Our Mission
The mission of the First Baptist Wylie Men's Ministry is to equip men to seek God first as well as help men discover their strengths as husbands, fathers, business men, and leaders.
We recognize that every man has an innate desire to be a part of something bigger than himself. We want to empower men to impact their work place, communities, and, most importantly, their families for the Kingdom of God. Growth does not happen in isolation. Proverbs 27:17 says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." The men at First Wylie understand that in order to be strong leaders, husbands, and fathers, we grow best when we interact and grow with one another. Join us as we put Proverbs 27:17 in action and strive to be men after God's own heart.
Men's Small Groups
GROWTH GROUPS meet on campus on Saturday and Sunday. Growth Groups are the fundamental way we at FBW help lead people to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and build followers of Christ through the study of the Bible. Groups will also engage people in evangelism, discipleship, ministry, fellowship, and missions.
LIFE GROUPS are groups of 4-5 guys who meet together once or twice a month for a meal, good conversation, encouraging fellowship and a heartfelt look into God’s Word.
